Weekly report: Understanding Material Characteristics
Last Friday, we had the training session that we need to have every week. The topic of this session was to make everyone more aware of the properties of the materials. As a manufacturing company, we not only need to understand the process of production, we also need to understand the properties of materials. This way we can be more familiar with the products we produce ourselves.
At the beginning of the session, the speaker introduced us to different plastic materials, such as nylon, PP, PUM, and so on. We learned about the different aspects of these plastics and what products use these plastics and how they are used.
Secondly we were introduced to some different not fabrics such as polyester, nylon and cotton.
