Weekly report: New Series Products
The report from last Friday's product training session is here! Last Friday we spent an hour training on our new line of products.
This line of products are modified designs from our base model products. Our guests came up with their needs and we rebuilt the molds and modified them. Test after test resulted in a product that satisfied both of us and ultimately a high volume production run.
Since the modifications are made to the basic product, in order to prevent the staff from not noticing the details of the product modifications during production, we will conduct a training session before the production of any product with modifications to make it clear where the product modifications are made and to minimize errors in the production.
